baldness revisited

i went bald again on monday, the eve of the first day of the fourth lunar month this year. and interestingly, the same thing happened to me this year. i hesitated a little at the barber entrance.

i actually pondered if i should only go bald after meeting with my big boss tuesday. i was a little self-sensitive and wondered if he'll ask me why i went bald. and frankly, i thought i look weird (and unglam, haha!) too.

then i remembered why i wanted to go bald - i wanted to guard against vanity and be detached from worldly desires. and with that realization, i walked in and got my head shaved.
