amazing changes...

i got the parking notice yesterday and decided to walk to work today. 

and as i journey along the path, it hit me how much things have changed! and it was no more than just 8-9 months that i took the same path but the whole journey look and feel totally different now. of cos, the morning freshness was still there, other than that, everything else seemed to have changed. the new university that was no more than foundation-laying back now has almost reached completion. there are also new buildings along my path to my office... well, yes of course i knew back then that these building would be coming up, but everything seemed so different when i see it myself as i walk to work today.

amazing! then again, that is the singapore i know. things change at a superbly quick rate. frankly, i myself dare not claim to know the city these days, given that i have not really venture into town for a while. same goes for some of the new housing estates, estates that was build over some of the older sub-urban areas that i used to roam and explore some years back. hmmm...
