read the online channelnewsasia (cna) and felt very disturbed to see them use the phrase "one-month anniversary". how could a reputable regional news agency commit such a glaring mistake? anyway, i was perturbed enough to write in to the editor. thankfully (and professionally), they corrected it within a few minutes after i wrote in. i supposed their writer is also a young person who is careless with her english. but then again, this is no excuse for bad english.
