that was what i weigh today. the machine flipped between 70.9 and 71.0 for a long while before stabilising at 71.0kg. hmmm, maybe if i had removed my bunch of keys and my clothes i would probably be about 70.5kg? anyway, i got it measured when i visited the mental health institute to collect some medication for my mum. then again, my weight had been oscillating between mid-71 to mid-74kg. but yeah, to be able to hit 71.0kg is by itself an achievement for me. let's see if i can reduce it to sub-70 in the days to come.
