smsed my previous lead about what i heard about work this afternoon - that in 2 months' time, the number of office staff would be reduced by about 30%. and the letters are likely to be distributed soon. he was kinda shock and shared that whatever it is happening, he felt obliged to get me (and my staff) out of the place.
now, this is really interesting becos everything that he said and is doing reminded me so much of what i said to my staff when i left my previous company. this is the first time i am seeing a real case of someone doing what i had previously done on someone else. karma in action indeed. and in a very positive sense too. i felt blessed. it is so very nice of him, i thought. i simply replied him that he is too nice a person to even consider it. and i am thankful.
