i met someone as i went for my evening exercise yesterday and we chatted for a moment. the topics was rather casual and as always, the question where do you gym? came out. ermm, i don't, i responded and quickly the topic changed. he asked me for my age and i revealed that i will be 48 years old this year. and he made this remark - you must have been very cute when you were young right?
i was a little surprised and taken aback by such a remark. i simply laughed it off. perhaps he didn't realise, he had indirectly said that therefore, i am not cute now! then again, i have never considered myself cute. but, what a weird conversation, i thought.
