old man's chicken

earlier this week, mum kept asking about macdonald's hamburgers. knowing that she wouldn't ask for anything if she does not have the desire to eat it, i decided to bring her for a macdonald's dinner. and during the dinner, she mentioned about ah pek koay bak (hokkien for old man's chicken)… i was a little confused frankly, and after a split second, it struck me - old man chicken was kfc! and she had asked about it becos there was a kfc located opposite the macdonalds restaurant where we were…
