1st april is the anniversary of my new job. it's been an intense one-year for me. systems are largely in place and things are running. this new year for me will be to stabilise what i have put in place and to undertake new projects in other new areas...

Glad to hear your mum has broken free of her dark memories / anxieties (it sounds like you and the maid are now breathing proxies for the male and female characters in her thoughts. Not easy for either of you). Hope she stays in the present for awhile.

Well today, my mum's paranoia returned and she suspected the maid had been stealing her compact powder! heh... anyway, just need to "entertain" her and manage things...
