once again, i cut off my headful of hair. had initially wanted to keep it considering i don't want to frighten people as i start work next week. then again i thought, my own spiritual commitments is more important. and for me, that means having my hair cut off before i participate in vesak celebrations. it is to remind me of the transcient nature of vanity and that i should not be attached to it.
