thank you encik!

in my haste to get back to my car, i did not properly thank that encik who helped me by allowing me to use his phone. well, ok, i did say thank you very very much. but still, i felt it was not enough. so, i wrote an email to the ceo of singapore expo telling him of the encik's act and to help me pass my appreciation to him.
