i should have written this post a week plus ago as a follow-up to my posting on how a helpful expo staff helped me when my car broke down. anyway, a couple of days after sending my mail, i got a reply from the ceo himself. it was a rather nice surprise i must say. and of cos, i was impressed by this ceo who actually did the nec and traced the encik for me and extended my thanks to him personally. here's a copy of his reply. a ceo with such a customer-service mind can only mean good governance and exemplary staff. i am impressed.
