• to determine the size you need, do a youtube google. there are materials there that can show you how to measure the circumference that suits you.
• also, try a size up/ down to find a fit that best suits you. c-rings are meant to fit. the thinking that the tighter it is, the more intense the orgasm is not true. if it is too tight, you will feel very uncomfortable. you even face the danger of killing it (yes, killing it)! but on the other hand, if you get one that is too loose, you lose all the effects of wearing a c-ring.
• for a start, experiment with silicone or rubber ones. silicone and rubber ones gives you the advantage of being stretchable and if it is too tight, and you feel extremely uncomfortable, you can easily cut it off, something that you cannot do with a metallic one.
• once you are sure of the size that you are comfortable with, you can then go on to try more advanced versions such as metallic ones. alternatively, there are the newer more advanced metallic versions that allow you to adjust the tightness, but be ready to pay a hefty sum for it...
