i was on the way to the pool after my chiro and this song from the 90s came on on the radio. i broke into a broad smile. i had totally forgotten about this song by british boyband five! and the lyrics lifted me oh-so-much (given my recent mental stress with mum), and it got me singing aloud as i drove!

and oh, the mtv brought me back to the days of boy bands, shallow songs about in love, falling out of love, breaking up, la la la... very snag to be expressing all these lovey dovey stuff ya? haha... and yes! look at that baggy pants and the typical boy band dance moves that predates hip hop (you can see semblances of it ya?)! lol! but yeah! keep on moving, keep on moving!
