for the past couple of days, i have been running and i have continued to do so into 2013. and these 2 days, i have increased the distance and the intensity. but then, when i say increased distance, it was no more than 2-3km. haha...
i admit there were moments where i felt like giving up. but i remembered my commitment to do more exercise and told myself it would be a big joke to give up even before the first week of the year come to a close and that kept me going. and i felt good about it. and coupled with the runs, i was able to also do some good push-ups, something that i was not able to do due to my shoulder and neck aches. with these few days of exercises, i find my body getting and exuding warmth from within when i sleep at night. a little feverish feel, but it felt good.
i visited my chiropractor today and he was pleasantly surprised by the sudden leap in improvements in my physical abilities.
so... healthwise, yes, 2013 has gotten off a good start!
now the challenge is to keep it going!
