at the mental health institute, the doctor decided to increase her medication dosage for both the morning and the evening daily. i asked if i should also give her the medication in the afternoon too given that her suspicions towards me was very bad by late morning/ early afternoons. the doctor thought about it and said to try his recommended dosage first. he was afraid that giving her the medication 3 times a day would make her too sleepy. but yup, he said adjusting the medication is an important way to manage her anxiety.
and that was what i did, i administered the medication as per the doctor's advise when i returned. yesterday, while i noted that after adjusting the dosage, her anxiety did improve a little bit, there was still a significant level of hostilities and suspicion towards everything i do in the by mid-day. and i decided to give her additional medication in the afternoon. true enough, she fell asleep. it was a peaceful sleep, or rather a power nap for she woke up within 2 hours. and after she woke up, she was perfectly normal. she was able to speak to me like as though nothing has happened. and as per planned, i went out in the evening and she was able to hold herself through the evening.
well, i think i will continue to administer her her medication in the afternoon and see how she respond to this increased dosage. i will also try to sensitize her to having me go out of the house regularly. will see how...
will revisit the doctor again in 2 weeks.
