I want to do a special post today and express how grateful I am to know that a friend is home safe and not caught in the thick of the mess that’s happening in the Middle East now.
She has been working in the Middle East since last year but has returned for the weekend. She’s supposed to fly back last night but just as she was about to check in, she was told the airspace had been closed and all flights were cancelled. Am so glad she’s back home safe and sound. Whew!
Work is important, but nothing is more important than her safety.
