I always find it very interesting to see pigeons sitting on the park connectors sunning themselves. At times, I even see them seated with their wings spread open or tilted sideways to sun their bellies. And they just quietly sit and stay still through the afternoon. With their dark feathers, don’t their bodies get overheated? I also wonder if they ever get heat stroke…
