stressful

i find being disorganised and untidy highly stressful. disorganised house, disorganised room, disorganised cabinet, la la la. apart from practical reasons of not wasting time when one needs to look for things, being organised and neat certainly yield lots of positive reasons such cleanliness, neatness, psychological calm, health & hygiene reasons and so on that one can benefit from. and of cos, it is little things we do that helps save a lot of time and reduce a lot of unnecessary stress. things like washing one's cups after drinking, putting things back to the right place after using them, etc.
