i so dislike being called to go back to work when i am on off or on leave. just received an sms from a colleague asking me if i could go back to work tomorrow cos according to him my boss wants to go thru the minutes i wrote. isn't this sick?
anyway, i smsed back to tell him i will call my boss myself and clarify and he reverted to say that i need not to call my boss and that he'll settle with him instead. hmm, i sense someone trying hard to please my boss at my expense! argh! anyway, even if i call my boss, i'll still tell him i have plans whole day (which indeed i have) and that i will see him only on monday pm.
dislike such organisational culture. organisational bad habits. and it is prevalent in my set-up. always rushing. and often, rushing to wait. sheeze!
