i always find it such a pain to have multiple ulcers in my mouth! argh!
first i have a big one by the under side of my tongue. because of this ulcer, i couldn't sleep properly cos i had problem swallowing my saliva. and when i thought that was bad enough, i had to scald my inner mouth surface such that the skin of my right inner mouth surface tore off. and what was left behind was a huge ulcer about the size of a 10cents coin. and then when i thought that was the ultimate, a small little but irritating ulcer appeared on my upper tongue.
so there! one large, one larger and one tiny one. all creating havoc in my mouth. terrible right?

use salt water to gurgle then apply bonjela, i had one under the tongue recently and i couldn't talk properly
thanks. using a paste now. rather effective but still v uncomfortable :-)
