feeling tired

i think it is a good thing that i feel so exhausted by the end of every day for i end up sleeping very well...

and i remembered what the venerable said once: blessed is a person who can sleep when he goes to bed at the end of the day, blessed is a person who can eat when he is hungry and blessed is a person who can laugh heartily. simple acts but things that we often take for granted.
