been thinking about it for a while now.
should i sell my condo? should i rent it out? should i buy a hdb (public housing)? should i... well, these are options that i'd thought of that would help me generate income and in the longer run, move to a hdb unit. more importantly, i really think my living alone in a condo is a little too luxurious for me. i really do not need all these space and i hardly use the facilities. so i thought... why not use it to help generate income instead?
and what's been keeping me off making this decision was nothing more than my own procrastination. well, perhaps a little on my part of not wanting to change my environment. after all, these things can be rather stressful... anyway, decided to call my sis this morning to ask her opinion given that she is familiar with property purchases/ rental. and one thing led to another and she asked if i would be comfortable to let her manage this whole transaction.
she decline any commission but instead asked that i foot the company charges. i asked her to go ahead and next thing i knew, she came back with 2 offers of rental for me. one at bedok north and the other at simei... was very surprised by the speed at which she was able to come back to me.
heh heh... getting rather excited about this whole process.
