ever since mum started giving me the cold shoulders, it was not easy to talk to her much less, to get to her. she did not answer any phone calls. and after 2 days of non-stop calling, she finally answer my call yesterday. she claimed the house phone did not ring. and she still sounded cold. anyway, i acted normal and talked as though nothing had happened. told her i couldn't visit her as i had been down with a flu. and today, i did the same. and i was glad that she sounded a little more relaxed. told her i will not be able to visit her for a couple of days as i am down with flu. hopefully, she will recover and stop pouting when i visit her sometime next week.
