met alvin earlier for dinner earlier. and while waiting for bee to arrive, we talked about buddhism. it was a rather in-depth discussion and sharing about our understandings about attachments, intentions, rebirth, karma and stuff... it was certainly a interesting conversation. and the vegetarian dinner that we had was not too bad either.
as i drove home after dinner, i told bee that i felt very peaceful. no words can fully describe nor explain what i meant. it was not a case of mind-blank. it was something deeper. there was a deep sense of peace. well...
