i am starting to think about what adjective/ phrase i can use to describe 2008. and the following are some possibilities:
- year of renewal
- a defining year
- a tumultuous year
- a bad year
- a difficult year
am still thinking and hopefully in two weeks' time, i can find one that is appropriate when i start to pen down my annual reflections. hopefully, it can be something that can succinctly capture this year and to also allow a certain flow from previous year's descriptors (
2007 - year of foundation laying,
2006 - year of recovery & growth and
2005 - a year of change). as of now, i am more inclined to use either "year of renewal" or "a difficult year". let's wait and see... will continue to think about it!
