felt totally disgusted reading sumiko's (a journalist on a local newspaper) reflections about creepy crawlies and the pleasures she derived from killing them. and how she justified her actions by the sufferings she went through during a previous dengue experience.
come on, these animals are only doing what they are doing. they were simply feeding themselves! we should be reflecting on our own habits if we so not want them to invade our space. keep your space clean and you won't have ants and roaches, prevent stagnant water and you won't have mozzies, work together as a community and you won't have epidemics... darned!
