i had been superbly caught up with conducting a workshop for one of my department over the last 2 days. and today, during the check out, 2 of the ladies cried... they were so inspired by all the proceedings over the last 2 days and burst to tears as they reflected and shared on the questions about what they have learned and what will they be committed to moving ahead. and i admit, i was a total goner once women cry. but yeah, weirdly speaking, their tears were kinda an endorsement of my success and i felt encouraged by them, and of cos all the others who were present.
