well, once a while, it is good to take a third person's perspective and look at oneself. and it is also a good practice to ask people to share their frank views about oneself. well of cos, you do that only with people that you are very sure will give you objective and frank views. and well, on your own part, you should also not get angry when and if a negative comment is given. i do that all the time. and when we are able to do so, we can better see our strength and weaknesses and take these perspectives as a good starting point to improve ourselves...
heh heh... the above paragraph is a classic example of how i sound like when i write before editing. i have tons of well well well all over the paragraph! hahaha... if you have noticed, my blog postings are never really firmed up until say 2-3 days after cos i will revisit my postings and read it again to see if the sentence structure if correct, if there are too many repetitive wells and ands... etc. and of cos, i will also post a picture or two to make the blog post a little more fun...
well (here i go again, lol!)... just a quick reflection on my writing habits...
