out of hospital

received a call from the cgh doctor this morning. he told me that my dad had asked to be discharged. according to the doctor, while it would be good if he could stay in hospital, he is `ok enough' to be discharged. my mum was visibly upset that my dad has asked to be discharged cos she felt strongly that he should stay longer to recuperate. the doctor also he cautioned against a few things - stick to low salt diet, adjust the insulin level, constantly observe him - and if he complains of tummy ache, fail to pass motion, shows signs of hypoglycaemia, we have to immediately evacuate him to the hospital.

my gut feel... that will probably happen very soon. cos all these symptoms are those that my dad consistently experience...
