mooncakes again!

bought the raffles hotel champaign truffle mooncakes this morning. very naturally, as in previous years, i got james and his family 3 boxes. well, i guess some habits are so hard to change. or, no, perhaps it is not hard to change, but a refusal to change.

it is also perhaps a reflection of how i am clinging on to whatever little strand of hope i have left to keep the bonds, considering that with time, things that we did together, stories we started reading together, shows/ sequels we watched together, etc come to a closure one by one. the harry porter stories has finally ended. soon enough, the movie will also complete it's run, asian boys has closed with the recent show called `happy endings' and so on... and for that matter, a few years from now, sapphie will leave this world for her doggie paradise :-(

maybe, i think too much, maybe i should just enjoy and appreciate the present.
