nothing beats home. i must say that a flight time of 3-4 hours is about the right duration. no need to rush through your meal, enough time to finish a proper blockbuster... for me today, on my flight home, i played and repeated the hula girls show, especially the part when they sang wish on my star (where it showed the sensei leaving on the train)... so touching, my eyes kept tearing... heh heh... and i also watched kitaro. japanese anime is just so wonderful to watch!
anyway, it's back to reality. admittedly, although this trip to vietnam hanoi was a terribly tiring one, i managed to complete my assignment and start on my last assignment for my masters 7th module! considered that an achievement :-)
and oh, i forgot to mention this important point - i think my room in the army hotel was haunted. kept feeling like there were things looking over my back through the whole duration i stayed there. and somehow, i could not sleep properly in the room.
did not have the same feeling for the one night stay at ha long bay though...
then again, it's over, i am happy to be home.
