been a terribly tiring but wonderfully fulfilling day! visited pulau ubin in the morning and in the afternoon decided to take public transport... decided to have a no-agenda afternoon, just aimless walking and window shopping like one would when he goes on a tour.
so, we took the bus/mrt and alighted at city hall... not knowing wat to do, we ended up drinking coffee and hot chocolate at sticky rice (the hot chocolate tasted more like cocoa-flavoured water!)... aimlessly we watched the world walked by us and eventually we decided that we will walk around exploring singapore's shopping areas (what else right?!) and we walked and walked and walked...
first, we walked to arab street (yes, walk!) to shop for my costume for my coming d&d next month :-) but ended up not getting anything, took the mrt to somerset, walked around centerpoint, walked our way to lido (along the way, shop)... had a quick dinner and then walked to borders, browse around, walked around wheelock place, made our way all the way down orchard road and finally ended up in raffles city again!
walked a total of close to 8hrs! i am now dead beat!
