i closed one of my current account today. i was charged an admin fee of sgd10 for it. after deducting the admin fee, i had sgd1.69 left in it. i asked the lady to transfer it to one of my savings account and she had to fill in quite a few forms to get it done.
really very weird. a whole lot of paperwork just for that sgd1.69.
haha!
