went for my medical review at the hospital's otolaryngology department yesterday.
no major issues apart from infrequent occurrences of back flow, runny nose and cough. updated the doctor that i had stopped the nasal spray as previously advised - that i should stop if i felt things got overly dry, but this new doctor advised otherwise. do not stop it, you should continue using it. hmmm... not the first time already. seemed like different doctors do, occasionally give different advice. guess i have to start the overall process of administering the nasal spray twice a day again.
let's hope i don't get a different input when i visit the clinic again in 2 months time.
