we had a scare this afternoon... bee came over for lunch and had to rush off suddenly. someone had apparently splashed paint onto the main door of his recently renovated flat. and after all the drama (including a false alarm where the police was activated to catch someone, who turned out to be a contractor. haha!) and investigations at the various government agencies, he found out the previous owner had borrowed money from a loan-shark...
sighs...
not a nice thing to happen just before the lunar new year.
