push on!

when people begin to arrow you jobs because of the word "development", you begin to wonder what's the point of giving you a proper position in the first place. well you see, i am appointed to head the trg dev tm. a brand new team for that matter. and since we were formed, we began to get arrows from bosses in anything related to dev. these include, amongst others, leadership dev, competency dev, and now marketing dev. also, there were several others that makes me think i am also doing human resource/ human capital dev. and really, looking at the type of jobs i have been arrowed to do, i sometimes think i am in organisational dev! and to top it off, whenever any other heads cannot do anything (can be as simple as developing a set of nice looking slides to present conceptual things), it would be "go get the dev tm to help you".

to keep me going, i just need to be positive and take it that people trust me and people believe i can do a good job out of it. but it is very exhausting. and certainly, i need lots of positive thinking!
