it seemed like, to my boss, everything is "dev tm". everything that he wants, everything that people cannot deliver, everything that he can volunteer his services to, everything that he needs to complete fast, it is - get "dev tm" to do it. and to date, we have been vounteered for a lot a lot a lot of things. and of these, many were endorsed and approved over the last month or so... and so, we can expect lots of meetings, lots of work and so on to start. and even then, the "get dev tm to do" mentality kept coming strong and furious.
and frankly, i am very scared. on one hand, i take it as a good indication of his believe in us. yet, at the rate he is going, or rather, as it stands now, my staff and i are already dying already. and things have not started to row. and we have not even have the time to do our baseline things - things related to proper trg dev! yet on top of all these, we were also told we need to prepare ourselves for bigger projects - and that was why we were created for in the first place. and the thing is... so, how are we going to have the capacity to do all these when we are already struggling. and to make it worst, he kept telling us we are still not being used for what we are supposed to do...
