falling sick again?

of late, i have been feeling this awkward choking feeling in my throat that doesn't seem to get away. and whenever i eat, i would feel very uneasy and i often feel as though i have a huge burp growing. except that it didn't materialize and i ended up feeling like the food got stuck somewhere along my oesophagus. and myh throat often feel very irritable. so much so that i would cough out violently.

think i am gonna fall sick very soon...
