i don't understand why bosses always claim they know lots of things and that they know everything you are presenting but through the things they said and the questions they asked, it was so clear that they don't know what the f*** you are saying.
and being a sensitive person that i am, i could only smile and smile and smile somemore... and i seriously think my staff also saw through my boss. yet, they also play along.

anyway, i recently read:

@germs: you also facing same issue? hmmm... maybe it is an age thing? :-)
wat i meant was that i was the one asking the stupid questions but pretending to be Mr know-it-all.
but it's part of my job: to ask stupid questions! It tells the people also how they have failed to communicate their ideas across. Ha.
Another famous saying (but i never practise it): it is better to keep yr mouth shut & let people think u are an idiot, then to open it & remove all doubts.
for me, in this aspect i fail. i tend to be too truthful and when i answer, everything comes out... haiz... that makes me a bad candidate for a businessman or a politician... esp the latter...
