didn't even realize today is dong zhi until bee told me about it yesterday. and so he came over this morning with a packet of mini-tang yuan and some pandan leaves. managed to cook it for mum and bee. simple fare but i supposed the tradition and the meaning in having tang yuan on dong zhi is the most important...

wa... rain almost the whole day. does that mean on chinese new year it won't rain? lol
