went to the doctor last week (when i visited the accident and emergency ward) and told the doctor about my constant sore throat and cough. after checking, he concluded that it was due to my nasal back flow and prescribed anti-histamines to me. in addition, he also gave me a bottle of cough medication to control my cough. been a week. don't think it help much. i think i should just find the opportunities to rest my throat and minimize talking.
