there are times when you keep getting traffic fines. or for that matter, all sorts of fines. i am sure many of us will understand what i mean. and for me currently, it is the time where i get into many health-related problems! hahaha... neck problem, hand problem, elbow problem, foot problem... and to top it off, yesterday, i twisted my lower back trying to lift up my dog from inside the bathtub after bathing her. and i was walking like liang po po for the rest of yesterday, even during dinner. must have looked weird to many at the restaurant.

hey aziz, yup... and regretfully, it a recurring thing if one is not careful... sighs... well, it's good to note you are running again :-)
