went for a session of pilates last evening. personal attention from collin. the session was fixed following our chance meeting at the pool last week and where i had shared about my condition. and it certainly felt good to be able to catch up with him face to face. been a long while.
anyway, during the session, he helped me through several exercises that involved lots of stretching. it was interesting for i felt i had stretch many areas along my spine that i had never knew could be stretched. and although the 1-hour session was rather relaxing and straight-forward, the effect was rather good.

If Pilates really works for you, then maybe you can do it more regularly. There are group classes available! But do it at your own pace.
ya. thinking of it too. need to check out if it'll cost me a bomb. need to be a little more money-conscious in view of my `retirement'... heh heh...
No need to go for PT (personal training), it will be expensive. Maybe try out classes available in some gyms (it might be quite different from the customize personal training which you experienced). Don't subscribe to any gym membership yet. If you are interested, I can try to get a free pass for you to try out at True fitness.
Thanks!
