decided to put some focus on amending my paper over the weekend. managed to finally complete more than 3/4 of what i am supposed to do. a bit more touch up here and there and i should be able to sent it to my supervisor this coming week. and i will try to do so by tue latest! other than this `homework', i was able to steal sometime with friends too. was able to meet up with schneider, kok, lay pheng, kwang, kane aka raymond and bee for drinks last evening. nothing special. nothing pre-planned. just a carefree and easy saturday evening (well, other than the part where kwang made us all a little embarrassed by being insistent that the hostess leave her tray alone). and this afternoon, schneider, damien, bee and i went for a picnic at botanic gardens. we brought sapphie along. we went shopping at taka in the evening.
reflecting, i think the weekend was rather routine. nothing much other than homework and blanking off with friends. but i do think spending such time (which i would call quality time) with bee and friends makes life very meaningful.
