No worries, totally not affected by what you said. In fact, it makes perfect sense and it's the basic principle of human life. We have choices and what we are are the outcomes of the choices we made, regardless of whether the choices are made consciously or otherwise. That's similar to karma, isn't it? cause & effect... and often we make our decisions (& choices) based on whatever information we have at that point in time, which may not be valid later on. So...
But it is precisely this that makes life interesting.
