some curious observations

here's some funny experiences and interesting observations of mine over time...

• when i was a small boy, i always thought ducks are male and chickens are female... i never wonder where cockerels are placed in the animal kingdom... (although as an adult, i learned that male prostitutes are referred to as ducks whereas female prostitutes, chickens)

• ditto above for lions and tigers, that lions are male and tigers are female. haha, i supposed this was in part due to the 2 creatures constantly being shown together in many aspects of our lives (eg our national coat of arms)

• i always see balding men keep one side of their hair long, so long that they can comb it all the way across their bald head down to the other side of their head.
