mum started coughing last evening. and she complained of chest pains. i was worried and took her blood pressure. things seemed a little high but not unexpected. and her cough lasted through the night. gave her some cough mixture to help her sleep better. today, she started developing runny nose and her asthmatic wheezing started. all these are signs of her coming down with flu. most probably she caught it over the weekend from either my brother or my niece. will bring her to the doctor tomorrow. i am not optimistic about things at this point in time about her health... if things do not go well, there is a high likelihood that mum would be hospitalized again...
ps: on top of that, i am also coming down with the flu myself... arghhh... hope it does not deteriorated to a full blown fever. would be challenging when and if that happens...
