fatherly figure

something i shared with an (ex)-staff of mine couple of minutes ago...

(1) "whatever you do, make sure it is in the best interest of the people around you... and not necessarily for yourself..."

(2) "the best decisions in life are those that will allow you to sleep well at night, and to die with your eyes fully close..."

and yes, i do keep in close touch with my wonderful ex-staff and they are sharing things about the team that they don't usually share when i was there and it's very enlightening to hear (a lot more) things from their point of views. oops, i am turning into a fatherly/ uncle figure to them these days...
