sicko

been terribly sick for the past 3 days... super fever on sunday (i believed it was over 42 degrees...) and had to whack quite a bit of panadol and slept my way through between meal and pee periods. on monday, at the clinic, my temperature was 38.5 degrees. been on mc for these 2 days and will head back to work tomorrow... lots of stuff to do and catch up. also, need to complete my lesson preparations before my lesson on thursday!

supposed my fever and super bad throat came about after my bbq on friday night and the raya cookies that i ate last couple of days... this time round, damned difficult. was down with fever, chills and whole body feeling like jelly and mum started her nonsense with me... she also said she's sick (although she looked perfectly fine to me) and then refused to eat anything if my sis were to buy... in the end, i had to drag myself out of bed and bring her out for breakfast, and for lunch and dinners head out to pack her her meals... as for me, couldn't really eat cos every mouthful of food made me feel like puking. otherwise, i was literally dead in bed throughout the whole sunday and monday... more than 30-over hours of non-stop sleep.

and finally yesterday, managed to bring her and myself to the doctor.

thank goodness the medication helped...

post script: i just realized i had typed the title "sicko". quite a misnomer as i see it. "sicko" refers to something disgusting and not about sickness. i guessed when i was typing it, my finger typed too fast and i might have hit the "o" button too fast... ... ... hmmm... or was i mobile blogging? hmmm... can't recall. anyway, it should read "sick"... heh!
