cruised

today, someone cruised me...

ya no big deal you would say. but really, for a 45-going-46 year old angker. getting cruised in broad daylight by someone younger is something i will never ever thought possible. but well... it happened. and of all places, it occurred at the hawker center. 

was with mum having you char kuih breakfast at the hawker center near bee's place. as we were about to leave, a guy walked by. 30-plus, fair and lanky, and bespectacled. he was heading to buy some makan. and he saw me and for that brief split second, our eyes met. well, it was that kinda look that any gay person would know straight away - aha gay! well, i kinda did not prolong the eye contact. but i did notice he kept looking towards my direction. and when i turned my head to look at him again, he smiled at me. and as he walked on, he turned his head and he smiled again. hmmm... well, mum and i left. and as i pushed mum to the car park in her wheelchair, mr gay guy came along again. wa... so fast bought the makan already, i thought. this time round, he smiled at me, and then he waved goodbye to me...

hmmm... kinda new experience to me. and admittedly, it is quite flattering.

but well, what the heck.
